Fly Film-making for The Seattle International Film Festival - "Shadow Life" Directed by Julia Sweeney
Produced and coordinated Production Asst workshops for up and comers to the biz.
Kristin started her career in show biz .... as an actor, but then realized her true potential was behind the camera. Once off and running she worked on several commercials and industrial films for such companies as Microsoft, Toyota, Alaska Airlines, Sony International, Planters Peanuts, and The Seahawks (NFL). Working along side with major productions companies and advertising agencies from around the country.
Film experience ranges from low-budget indie films to large scale full Hollywood productions. This gave her the range and knowledge to take on any production task, from productions scheduling to budget details. Before moving to LA, she had the opportunity to work with Stephen King and Mark Carliner as their Executive Producers Assistant on "Rose Red" a 6 hour mini-series and then for Lydia Woodward, Chris Chulack and John Wells on "Citizen Baines" CBS TV series. This is the show that took her to LA. Working along side these industry legends gave her the producer bug!!
"I am truly a producer at heart, the care and needs of the artists and crew is a real reward for me! Then to present our finished product to the "client" or audience is thrilling."
Kristin is a Coeur d'Alene native, a graduate from Shoreline Community College with a Film and Television degree.
